Returns & refund policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, and what's more so do the fine people who have made them. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.

If you have purchased a pedal or effect, tried it, found its not for you and want to change your mind you can return anything bought from joespedals.com. We'll be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it's in fully resaleable condition. ie not scuffed, scratched or tampered with in any way. Returns should be made within 60 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money for the item, this does not include dispatch postal charges or return postal charges.

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For faulty or items that arrive damaged we, will either replace, refund or allow you credit for the full amount including all shipping charges when returning the item to us.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Shipment processing time

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 5-6 days.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
